Notice — Building Board Code of Appeals (BOCA)

Notice is hereby given that the Building Board Code of Appeals will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, PA 18109 on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at 12:15 P.M., for the purpose of hearing the Appeal of Gillespie Printing, 256 Race Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032 as same relates to property situated at 709 Roble Road, Allentown, PA 18109. Applicant’s Appeal relates to the determination of the Township’s Building Code Official that the International Property Maintenance Code requires that the existing sprinkler system in the building in question must be maintained.
