The County of Lehigh is currently accepting names to the waiting list for the County-Wide Housing Rehabilitation Program. The CWHR Program provides up to $20,000 of rehabilitation assistance to income-eligible, owner occupants of properties in the Lehigh County Townships & boroughs, In general, financial assistance is available for the renovation or replacement of substandard heating, electrical & plumbing services; some structural repairs & modifications; insulation & other improvements designed to reduce operational expenses; alteration to correct code violations & other repair work necessary for upgrading existing homes to standard condition.

Troxell Street and surrounding Township streets, hold a huge neighborhood encompassing Garage Sale,
which has become a tradition in the Township and widely successful for our residents.
