It should be noted that all discussion at this meeting related to
the item set forth below under Unfinished Business. The purpose of
the hearing is a continuation of the public hearings relative to
Bill Nos. 2003-04 and 2003-05. With respect to the proceedings, Attorney
James L. Broughal and Attorney James F. Preston appeared on behalf
of Posh Construction. Attorney Donald W. Miles appeared on behalf
of certain Objectors. Witnesses who spoke in support of Bill Nos.
2003-04 and 2003-05 are as follows:
Mr. Robert A. Lynn, Ms. Jill Smith, Mr. Joseph C. Posh and Mr.
Martin C. Gilchrist. Other individuals who spoke on the topic
are as follows:
Mr. Joseph Feskanin, Ms. Kathryn Jennette, Mr. Chet Slaska, Mr.
Mark Ferretti, Mr. Skip Keim, Ms. Jill Salim, and Mr. Bruce
Moyer. A transcript
of the discussions relative to the public hearings has been prepared
by Lathrop Reporting Agency Stenographic Services and is available
for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building.

Bill No. 2003-04, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 27, Part
16 of the Statutory Code of Hanover Township, the Hanover Township
Zoning Map, by changing a portion of the Zoning District Designated
Limited Use Along North Irving Street to a Designation of Medium
Residential (Continuation of Public Hearing)
2. Bill
No. 2003-05, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 27, Part 16 of
the Statutory Code of Hanover Township, the Hanover Township
Zoning Map, by Changing a Portion of the Zoning District
Located South of Route 22 from a Medium Density Residential
to Planned Commercial (Continuation of Public Hearing)

move that we table any decision on this tonight and do a
thorough review of the information we’ve been presented,
discuss the issues that we found to be inconsistent at future
public meetings as we get this sorted out, and then make
our decision.

advised the Board that they would be going into an Executive Session
