It should be noted that discussion at this meeting related to the item set forth below under General Business. The purpose of the meeting was the public hearing relative to the Proposed Amendment to the 1995 Hanover Township, Lehigh County, Comprehensive Plan. With respect to the proceedings, Attorney James L. Broughal and Attorney James F. Preston appeared on behalf of Posh Construction. Attorney Donald W. Miles appeared on behalf of certain objectors. Individuals who spoke on the topic are as follows: Mr. Joseph Feskanin, Mr. Chet Slaska, Mr. Skip Keim, Mr. Bill Kiss, Ms. Jill Salim, Ms. Cindy Brensinger and Mr. Carl Balliet. A transcript of the discussions relative to the public hearing has been prepared by Lathrop Reporting Agency Stenographic Services and is available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building.

Mr. Robert A. Lynn, Ms. Jill Smith, Mr. Joseph C. Posh and Mr. Martin C. Gilchrist.
