1. Public Hearing – Continuation of Proposed 2006 Operating, Capital Reserve, Liquid Fuels, Water and Sewer Budgets (Review and Discussion).

Chairman Paulus opened the Public Hearing relative to the Proposed 2006 Budgets. Chairman Paulus noted that the Board would be going into Executive Session at this time for the purpose of discussion regarding employee salaries and benefits.

The Board returned to the meeting after their Executive Session at approximately 7:35 P.M. The results of the Executive Session would be discussed at a later meeting..

New Business: None

It was noted that the next Public Hearing on the Proposed 2006 Budgets would be held on Monday, October 31, 2005 at 7:00 P.M.
