1. Inter-Municipal Liquor License Transfer – Alforno Ltd. t/a Taste of Italy Ristorante, 1860 Catasauqua Road, Allentown, PA 18109 (Public Hearing)

Vice Chairman Atkinson opened the Public Hearing relative to the proposed Inter-Municipal Liquor License Transfer. Testimony was received at this time and said testimony is detailed in the stenographic record of these proceedings which is available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building.

2. Resolution No. 2003-37, A Resolution Approving the Transfer of a Liquor License (Vote)

Vice Chairman Atkinson opened the Public Hearing relative to the proposed Inter-Municipal Liquor License Transfer. Testimony was received at this time and said testimony is detailed in the stenographic record of these proceedings which is available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building.
