The Township Manager advised the Board that she has received information relative to the PSATS Convention to be held in Hershey, Pennsylvania, commencing on Sunday, April 23, 2006. All the members of the Board acknowledge that they would attend the convention and advised the Township Manager to make the necessary arrangements.

Councilman Dreisbach brought to the Board’s attention an erosion problem which, he noticed on Willowbrook Road. He thought it would be a good idea to have the Township Engineer look at the area on Willowbrook Road past the bridge where the edges of the road appear to be eroding.

Payment of Bills:

Motion: --- I move Council authorize payment of Voucher Nos. 11563-11581 from the General Fund Account in the amount of $14,659.42; Voucher Nos. 1397-1399 from the Escrow Account in the amount of $1,794.50; Voucher Nos. 1600-1602 from the Water Account in the amount of $12.22; Voucher Nos. 2623-2627 from the Sewer Account in the amount of $1,720.76 for a Grand Total Expenditure of $18,186.90.
