The Township Manager advised the Board that currently there is not an elected Chairman for the Hanover Township Council for the year 2006. In that respect, the Township Manager requested nominations from the floor for the position of Chairman of the Hanover Township Council. Councilman Kovacs nominated Bruce Paulus for the position of Chairman of the Council for the year 2006.
Motion: I move we close the nominations for the position of Chairman of the Hanover Township Council for the year 2006.

Atkinson, Kovacs, Paulus: ------- Aye ------- Unan.With respect to the election of a Vice Chairman for the Hanover Township Council for the year 2006, nominations were taken from the floor at this time. Councilman Kovacs nominated Randall Atkinson for the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanover Township Council in 2006.
Motion: I move we close the nominations for the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanover Township Council for the year 2006.

Motion: The Township Manager advised that she does not foresee any major problems arising in the year 2006. Further, she felt that the Township was a good financial state for operation of the government in 2006.Adjournment:
