1.) Intermunicipal Liquor License Transfer – Ruby Tuesday, Inc., 1820 Airport Rd., Allentown, PA 18109 (Public Hearing).

Chairman Paulus opened the Public Hearing relative to the Intermunicipal Liquor License Transfer request of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. In attendance at the meeting on behalf of Ruby Tuesday was their attorney, Stanley J. Wolowski, Esquire, and a regional representative of Ruby Tuesday; namely, Joseph Daniels. Also in attendance on behalf of the public were Dana Cappel, Katherine Jeanette and Lori Weisman, all from Allendale Apartments, located in Hanover Township.

A stenographic record of the proceedings is available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building.

2.) Resolution No. 2006-22, A Resolution Approving the Transfer of a Liquor License l (Vote).

In resolution of this matter, the Board made the following motion:

Motion: I move that Resolution No. 2006-22, A Resolution Approving the Transfer of a Liquor License into Hanover Township from Upper Macungie Township be adopted as presented.
