New Business:

1.) Intermunicipal Liquor License Transfer – Brinker Penn Trust (On the Border Restaurant), 1820 Airport Rd., Allentown, PA 18109 (Public Hearing).

Chairman Paulus opened the Public Hearing relative to the request of Brinker Penn Trust for an Intermunicipal Liquor License Transfer. Representing Brinker Penn Trust was Attorney Stanley Walowski. Mr. Walowski proceeded to make a presentation on behalf of his client. A stenographic record of the discussions is available for public inspection.

After all discussions were concluded, Chairman Paulus closed the Public Hearing on this matter.

2.) Resolution No. 2006-28, A Resolution Approving the Transfer of a Liquor License (Vote).

Motion: --- I move that Resolution No. 2006-28, A Resolution of the Township of Hanover, County of Lehigh, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Approving the Transfer of Restaurant Liquor License No. R-16123 into Hanover Township from Whitehall Township be adopted as presented.
