Approval of Minutes: ------------------ November 03, 2008 Budget MeetingMotion: I move we waive the reading of the Minutes of the November 3, 2008 Budget Meeting and accept same as presented.Paulus, Kovacs: Moved and Seconded

1. Public Hearing – Continuation of Proposed 2009 Operating, Capital Reserve, Liquid Fuels, Water and Sewer Budgets (Review and Discussion).
Chairman Paulus opened the Public Hearing relative to the Proposed 2009 Budgets. Council determined to review 2009 salaries for Township employees at this time and accordingly moved into Executive Session to discuss same at approximately 4:05 P.M.Council returned to the meeting at 4:30 P.M. and noted for the record that for the purpose of the 2009 Budget, all full-time employees would receive a 5% increase as already shown in the proposed 2009 Operating Budget. At this point in the meeting, Chairman Paulus closed the Public Hearing relative to the 2009 Budgets.
