Approval of Minutes: ------------------ December 17, 2008 Special Council MeetingMotion: I move we waive the reading of the Minutes of the December 17, 2008 Regular Council Meeting and accept same as presented.Atkinson, Dreisbach: Moved and Seconded

Councilman Atkinson commented that the line striping in the area of the new shopping center originally done was pretty dangerous because of the poor striping job, but he noted that today they just finished repainting the lines and everything appears to be fine at the present time.
New Business:With respect to the upcoming PSATS Convention in Hershey, Councilman Kovacs made the following motion with respect to attendance at said convention.
Motion: I move that Councilman Paulus, Dreisbach, Atkinson, the Township Manager and Public Works Director and I be authorized to attend the PSATS Convention.Kovacs, Atkinson: Moved and Seconded

Payment of the Bills: Payment of Bills for December 30, 2008Motion: I move that Councilman Paulus, Dreisbach, Atkinson, the Township Manager and Public Works Director and I be authorized to attend the PSATS Convention.

After Mr. Kosik left the meeting, there was a discussion relative to information provided to Council by the Township Manager from TuWay Communications dated Wednesday, November 12, 2008. The Township Manager advised that the Township Public Works Director is looking at their type of installation of a camera system. It was noted that wireless capability would be available. The Township Manager advised that Public Works would like to look at this type of system more depth. Council agreed that both the system proposed by B & K Security as well as TuWay Communications should be reviewed and the Township would have the option as to which way to go.The meeting was adjourned at 4:25 P.M.Adjournment:
