Motion: I move we waive the reading of the Minutes of the November 13, 2006 Budget Meeting and accept same as presented.

Old Business:

1.) Public Hearing – Continuation of Proposed 2007 Operating, Capital Reserve, Liquid Fuels, Water and Sewer Budgets (Review and Discussion).

Chairman Paulus opened the Public Hearing relative to the Proposed 2007 Budgets. Chairman Paulus noted the Board would be going into Executive Session at this time for the purpose of a discussion regarding employee salaries and benefits.

The Board returned to the meeting after their Executive Session at approximately 7:20 P.M. The results of the Executive Session were there would be no changes to the recommendation of the Administration and Highway Salary Budgets. The Board decided the increase for the Code Enforcement Salaries for the year 2007 would increase to $41,300.

New Business: None

It was noted that the next Public Hearing on the Proposed 2007 Budgets would be held on Monday, November 27, 2006 at 7:00 P.M.
