SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

It should be noted for the record that Councilwoman Hayden attended the meeting via telephone conference as a result of a disability, which does not permit her attendance in person.Absent: ---------- Paulus; Sandra A. Pudliner

New Business:
1.) Resolution No. 2009-25, A Resolution Appointing Michael Woolley, 1904 Troxell Street, Allentown, PA 18109 to the Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board (Vote).Mr. Atkinson advised the Board that Ellwood George, who is the present Chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board has resigned his position due to illness. Mr. Woolley has resided in the Township for the past three years and would like to serve on this Board. In resolution of this matter, the Board made the following Motion:
Motion: ---I move Resolution No. 2009-25, A Resolution Appointing Michael Woolley, 1904 Troxell Street, Allentown, PA 18109 to the Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board be adopted as presented.
Atkinson, Hayden: Moved and Seconded --------- Unan.
