New Business:

1.) Inter-Municipal Liquor License Transfer – Romano’s Macaroni Grill, 1820 Airport Road, Allentown, PA 18109 (Public Hearing).

Chairman Paulus opened the Public Hearing relative to the proposed Inter-Municipal Liquor License Transfer request of Romano’s Macaroni Grill. In attendance at the meeting on behalf of the applicant was Attorney Stanley J. Wolowski who advised the Board that he is in attendance representing Brinker Trust, a Pennsylvania business trust. The purpose for this hearing Attorney Wolowski noted is securing approval from the Hanover Township Council for the proposed transfer of a Pennsylvania restaurant liquor license to its facilities to be located at the intersection of Route 22 and Airport Road in Hanover Township. Attorney Walowski proceeded at this time to make a presentation to the Board regarding this application. The stenographic record of these proceedings will be prepared and will be available for public inspection.

After all discussions concluded, Chairman Paulus closed the Public Hearing regarding this matter.

2.) Resolution No. 2007-27, A Resolution Approving the Transfer of a Liquor License (Vote).

Motion: --- I move that Resolution No. 2007-27, A Resolution of the Township of Hanover, County of Lehigh, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approving the transfer of Restaurant Liquor License No. R-16407 into Hanover Township from Emmaus Borough be adopted as presented. .
