with a copy of correspondence from the Department of Community

been sent to the Pocono Downs facility indicating the Township’s

for the special events which they hold at their facility. Mrs.
Pudliner noted that she has had no response from the correspondence
as of this time.
At this point
in the meeting, there was a discussion initiated by Councilman
Kovacs regarding the construction of the Dunkin Donuts facility
at Valley Plaza Shopping Center. Councilman Kovacs questioned

on behalf of Keystone Consulting Engineers.

practice regarding reservation of park pavilions as follows;
under 30 people at a gathering would not be required to pay
a fee other than a refundable security deposit. Additionally,
a charge has been added for copying drawings upon request.
