Lehigh County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Thursday, February 24, 2011, at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of

Hearing the following Appeal:

1. Appeal No. 2011-1, Airport Ventures, LP, 1650 E. Race Street, Allentown, PA 18109 hereby requests an Interpretation of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance with respect to Sections Z-402.5 (E)(7) and/or (F)(6), as well as (F)(8), and/or (E)(7) and (H)(6). In the alternative, if required, Applicant requests a Special Exception Use under the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance pursuant
to Sections Z-402.5 (D)(2) and/or (F)(16), as well as ((F)(10) and/or (F)(16).

The property in question is located at 1650 East Race Street, Allentown, PA 18109 in a Planned Industrial Office (PIO) Zoning District. Applicant proposes to establish a civic center, as well as a building materials supply yard at this location.
