Lehigh County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of

Hearing the following Appeal:

1. Appeal No. 2009-4, Scott Williams and Michael Kozerski, 1707 Sequoia Court, Allentown, PA 18104 and 1858 Snyder Street, Bethlehem, PA 18017 hereby request an Interpretation of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance with respect to Section Z-402.5(E) (11) which permits a veterinary office by Special Exception. In the alternative, Applicants request a Special Exception with respect to Section Z-402.5(E) (11) or a variance from the requirements of Section Z-402.5(E).

The property in question is located at 719 Roble Road, Allentown, PA 18109 in the Planned Industrial Office (PIO) Zoning District. Applicant proposes to use the subject property as an upscale pet boarding facility for dogs and cats to include an indoor play area, reception and administrative offices, and two fenced in outdoor exercise areas.
