1. Appeal
No. 2011-3, Airport Associates, LP, 1288 Valley Forge Road,
Building 66 #987, Valley Forge, PA 19482 hereby requests variances
relating to parking and setback line between access drive and
property line. In particular, Applicant requests a variance
from the requirements of Section Z-600(E) (13) with respect
to required parking spaces for shopping centers. Additionally,
Applicant requests a variance from the requirements of Section
Z-602(6) with respect to separation of access
drives from property lines.
The property
in question is known as Airport Centers Shopping Center situated
on Airport Road in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, in a Planned
Commercial (PC) Zoning District. The proposed new Building
18 layout in the shopping center results in the Applicant’s
request for
relief.
2. Appeal
No. 2011-4, Elizabeth Arnold, 2738 Ronca Boulevard, Allentown,
PA 18109 hereby requests a variance relating to
side yard setback from the requirements of Section Z-402(6)(B)(2)
of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance (10 feet required,
9 feet provided).
The property
in question is located at 2738 Ronca Boulevard, Allentown,
PA 18109 in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning District.
