is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Hanover Township.
Lehigh
County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road,
Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Thursday, June 23, 2011,
at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of
Hearing
the following Appeal:
1. Appeal
No. 2011-2, ABR Realty , LLC., 159 Liberty Street, Metuchen,
NJ 08804, hereby requests a Special Exception to the Hanover
Township Zoning Ordinance in accordance with Section Z-402.5(D)(1).
Additionally, Applicant requests an interpretation of the Zoning
Ordinance regarding Section Z- 402.5(D)(1). as to whether a
church should be permitted as of right in accordance with the
provisions of the Religious Land Use and Institutional Person
Act of 2000.12 USC A.
Applicant
proposes to establish and operate a church with place of worship
and church related office at premises located at 795 Roble
Rd, Allentown Pa 18109. The property in question is situated
in the Planned Industrial Office (PIO) Zoning District.

All persons interested or those desiring to protest may appear
and be heard.

are available for public inspection at the Township Municipal
