the requirements of Section Z-707(1) (C)(2) of the Hanover
Township Zoning Ordinance. The property is located in the Airport
Center Shopping Center. Applicant proposes signage on the rear
of the building of 210.28 s.f. in addition to existing front
building signage of 263 s.f. (300 s.f. total allowed). The
property in question is situated in the Planned Commercial

proposed indoor mall, etc., constituting a shopping center
under the Ordinance. Should said indoor mall not be considered
a shopping center, then Applicant requests a variance from
the parking requirements for retail sales and businesses as
set forth in Section Z-600(E) (4) of the Zoning Ordinance.
Additionally, Applicant requests a variance for the use from
the requirements of Section Z-402.5 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Exception to the Zoning Ordinance in accordance with Sections Z-402(5) (C)(3),
Z-1102, and Z-1404(2), as well as variance, if necessary, from the parking requirements
set forth in Section Z-600(C) (5).
