Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Hanover Township.

Lehigh County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Thursday, October 27, 2011, at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of Hearing the following Appeal:

Appeal No. 2011-6, Sick Ink, LLC, 1225 Schadt Avenue, Unit D, Whitehall, PA 18052 hereby requests a Special Exception to the
Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance from the requirements of Section Z-402.6(E)(7). Additionally, Applicant requests a variance
from the requirements of Section Z-402.6(E)(7) as same re lates to minimum lot area and side yard setback.

The property in question is situated at 2488 Schoenersville Road, Allentown, PA 18109 in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning
District. Applicant proposes to utilize a portion of the property for a body tattoo and piercing business.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THIS HEARING.

All persons interested or those desiring to protest may appear and be heard.

Copies of the above-noted plans, applications, and supporting documents are available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building during normal business hours.
