Lehigh County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of

Hearing the following Appeal:

1. Appeal No. 2009-5, Norandex Building Materials Distribution, 300 Executive Parkway West, Hudson, OH 44236 hereby requests a variance from the requirements of Chapter 27, Part 5, Section Z-501, of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance which provides a limitation for side and rear yard fences of six feet in height (eight feet height requested).

The property in question is located at 749 Roble Road, Allentown, PA 18109 in the Planned Industrial Office (PIO) Zoning District. Applicant operates a wholesale business (with minimal incidental retail) which supplies windows, doors, and siding products. Applicant proposes to utilize the proposed fenced in area requested for secure storage of building materials.
