HANOVER TOWNSHIP, LEHIGH COUNTY
ZONING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Hanover Township.


Lehigh County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 (originally scheduled for Feb. 22, 2006), at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of Hearing the continuation of the following Appeal:

1. Appeal No. 2006-1, Michael C. Dalton, 3343 Stonehouse Ct., Bethlehem, PA. 18017, hereby requests a variance relating to the parking requirements of Section Z-600 (E) (9) and Section Z-601(5), if applicable, of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance. Applicant proposes to conduct a deli operation at his facility currently being utilized as a gymnastics/cheerleading training center, as well as a fitness center .

The property in question is located at 1665 East Race Street. Allentown, PA. 18109. Said property is situated in the Planned Industrial Office (PIO) Zoning District .

ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THIS HEARING.

All persons interested or those desiring to protest may appear and be heard.

Lehigh County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of Hearing the following Appeal:
2. Appeal No. 2006-2, Appeal No. 2006-2, Sheila A. Shingles, 1101 South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Allentown, PA 18103, hereby requests a variance from the requirements of
Section Z-402.4 (E) (10), as well as a variance from the requirements of Section Z-600 (E) (6), of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance. Additionally, Applicant requests a temporary parking variance during construction. Applicant proposes to construct a new physician’s office on the property and demolish the existing building on the tract currently being used for the same purpose.

The property in question is located at 1791 Airport Road, Allentown, PA 18109. Said property is situated in the Planned Commercial (PC) Zoning District.

3. Appeal No. 2006-3, B Braun Medical, Inc., 901 Marcon Boulevard, Allentown, PA 18109 hereby requests a variance from the requirements of Section Z-409 (Height Regulations – Accessory Structures – 42 feet proposed, 20 feet allowed) of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance. Applicant proposes to construct a 42 foot high storage silo to provide raw materials storage and delivery/transport for injection molding operations.
The property in question is located at 901 Marcon Blvd, Allentown, PA 18109. in the Planned Industrial Office (PIO) Zoning Districts.

4. Appeal No. 2006-4, Tri-City Powersports, 2450 Schoenersville Road, Allentown, PA 18109 hereby request a variance from the requirements of Section 707(1) (D) (3) of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance with respect to the area of free standing signs (50 square feet allowed, 96 square feet proposed).

Applicant operates a motorcycle dealership at 2450 Schoenersville Road, Allentown, PA 18109. Said property is situated in the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning District.
