Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 (originally
scheduled for Feb. 22, 2006), at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of Hearing
the continuation of the following Appeal:

Appeal No. 2006-1, Michael C. Dalton, 3343 Stonehouse
Ct., Bethlehem, PA. 18017, hereby requests a variance relating
to the parking requirements of Section Z-600 (E) (9) and
Section Z-601(5), if applicable, of the Hanover Township
Zoning Ordinance. Applicant proposes to conduct a deli
operation at his facility currently being utilized as a
gymnastics/cheerleading
training center, as well as a fitness center .
