Lehigh County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Wednesday, October 22, 2003, at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of

Hearing the following Appeal:

1. Appeal No. 2003-7, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc, One Mercer Road, Natick, MA 01760 hereby requests a variance from the requirements of Section Z-600(E)(4) of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance with respect to parking for a proposed addition (51 additional parking spaces required, 26 additional parking spaces proposed), as well as a variance from the requirements of Section Z-602.6 of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance with respect to parking space setback from a property line (10 foot setback required, 4 foot setback proposed).

The property in question is located at 1785 Airport Road, Allentown, PA 18109. Said property is situated in Planned Commercial (PC), Planned Industrial Office (PIO), and Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning Districts.
