is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Hanover
Township.
Lehigh
County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road,
Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Wednesday, April 26, 2006,
at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of Hearing
the following Appeal:
1.
Appeal No. 2002-8, Continuation of Appeal No. 2002-8,
Humane Trust, Inc., 131 Lloyd Street, Allentown, PA 18109
hereby requests a variance relating to parking requirements
of Section Z-600E (4) and/or E (8) of the Zoning Ordinance.
Applicant
operates a thrift shop at property located at 131 Lloyd
Street, Allentown, PA 18109. Said property is situated
in the Planned Industrial Office (PIO) Zoning District.

Tri-Outdoor, Inc., 1749 Red Hawk Way,
Bethlehem,
PA. 18015 hereby requests an Interpretation of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance
with respect to the revocation of the Building Permit filed to Application No.
25-06 regarding the reconstruction/repair of billboards, which are a non-conforming
structure, pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance and the application of Section Z-703(1)
and Section Z-1202(1) which may
conflict with each other. In the alternative, Application requests a Special
Exception to the Zoning Ordinance with respect to Section Z-1202(1), Z-1202(3),
and Z-1404(2) relating to the reconstruction of a non-conforming structure and
the application of the standard for a Special Exception as it
relates to billboards. In the alternative, Applicant requests a variance from
the requirements of Section Z-703(1) as it relates to billboards and the dismantling
and reconstruction of the same in strict conformity with the Ordinance, as well
as a variance from the requirements of Section
Z-708(2)(A)(3) as it relates to the location or proximity to any other billboard.
