Notice
is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Hanover Township.
Lehigh
County, will meet in the Township Building, 2202 Grove Road,
Allentown, Pennsylvania 18109 on Wednesday, May 26, 2004,
at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of
Hearing the following Appeal:
1.
. Appeal No. 2004-2, Philip J. Witko,
230 Lloyd Street. Allentown, PA 18109,
hereby requests a Special Exception to the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance
in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section Z-1102, Z-1200, and
Z-1202 of said Ordinance. Applicant further requests that the property in question
being a nonconforming use under the current Zoning Ordinance be considered under
the requirements of the Township’s Medium Residential (MR) Zoning District
and, in accordance with those requirements, Applicant hereby requests a variance
from the requirements of Section
Z-402.3(B)(1) as same relates to side yard setback (10 feet provided, 5 feet requested)
and rear yard setback (30 feet required, 28 feet requested).
Applicant proposes to demolish an existing garage and construct
a larger garage on his property located at 230 Lloyd Street,
Allentown, PA 18109 situated in the Planned Commercial (PC)
Zoning District.
